Shipping policy
Order processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Custom or made-to-order items may require more time – information is provided in the product description.
Domestic shipping (Poland)
We ship within Poland via:
- Courier services (DPD / InPost / DHL)
- InPost parcel lockers
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
Shipping cost is shown in the checkout.
International shipping
We ship to most EU countries and selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery time:
- EU: 3–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Final shipping cost is calculated during checkout based on destination.
Order tracking
All parcels include a tracking number sent by e-mail when the order is dispatched.
Incorrect address / unclaimed parcel
If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the cost of re-shipping is covered by the customer.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
